"The Kahler Grand is beautiful and absolutely convenient for Mayo. The two king rooms were nice as they adjoined. The bathrooms are small scale with the vanity separate from the bathroom. While minor, the bath towels were threadbare and stringy. Valet parking was very convenient with all the downtown construction. Lower level subway very efficient to reach various buildings for timely appointments and registration."
"Great stay overall — the room was very clean and comfortable, but the walls were thin, and we could clearly hear our neighbors’ conversations and TV. Lost all our money in the casino, but that's on us."

"Would not stay here again due to terrible parking, rude staff and a leak in our room that was coming through a light which is a electrical hazard. No one fixed any of our problems and even the Marriott reached out to me but actually never fixed anything or apologized. Nothing has been done to fix this and or make me feel better about our stay. DO NOT STAY HERE"
"The room was ok, the beds were comfortable. Housekeeping never came even though we requested them in writing; so a 4 night stay with no housekeeping. The common areas were not well maintained, hallways are dark and common staircases look neglected.
Good proximity to Mayo, but we will not stay here again if we have other options."
"The staff at the Hyatt House in Rochester Minnesota was very friendly. The breakfast was great. They had fresh fruit every morning and plain Greek yogurt. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked.
My only issue was in our room that there were stains on the sheets. The mattress was comfy and the pillows are down so I really liked them."
"The room and hotel were very clean. The front desk person was personable and helpful. It is right next to a very busy highway so it is kind of loud in the early morning. It was quiet at night so we had a restful night of sleep. The hotel was not busy so that was nice. Breakfast is just average but helps if you are a family. Overall, was a pretty good hotel. If I stay in Red Wing again, would probably book here again."
