"We were charged an extra $100 without notice for noise complaints and a broken cart that we did not do, nor were we ever once informed about this during our stay. Several other hockey team families were staying at the hotel at the same time and it seems that they hotel has just randomly charged all who were there with out proof or evidence to show who was to blame. Not one of our team's parents were informed of any problems or concerns during our stay. Not to say that it was someone else as I didn't personally see it but we can say that it wasn't us who caused this damage. We do not appreciate false accusations and will not ever be staying at this hotel ever again. "
