Visited Kresen Kernow, which proved a great place to conduct local research.

Room was comfortable food was of the usual standard, the Hotel was looking tired in places. Staff were very friendly and helpful overall an enjoyable stay

Bar and restaurant is nice and modern, looks like it's recently been refurbished. Food is great! Rooms look like they've been decorated somewhat recently but not completely refurbished. For the price, I would stay again

The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Very warm and comfortable. Beds and bed linen were wonderful with spectacular pillows. Easy to get keys etc. Cons: Couple of the bathroom doors really need changing as they are flaking and look terrible. Some of the floor tiles could certainly do with ...

Bit rundown, but very central for anywhere in Cornwall
I visited with my teenage boys and spent the weekend at The Track. Redruth was local, quiet and a lovely little town.
I will not go back to that hotel!
