"We enjoyed the area Accessibility. Breakfast was good. We had an issue when the fire alarm went off because that the staff were not ready or knew what to do or how to direct people to all be outside of the hotel. A good number of people were just standing in the lobby throughout even when the fire trucks arrived"

"Overall, everything was excellent except for 2 things. There is no microwave in the room, which would be handy for reheating leftovers. The second thing is the drapes didn’t move smoothly. I probably could’ve brought it their attention and changed rooms, but I really didn’t feel like packing up and moving. It’s clear it’s a known problem, because the wand to pull the drapes was repaired with zip ties. If they just made the drapes move smoothly, the wand wouldn’t have broke in the first place....
