"This hotel was perfect for our Portland trip. The only negative was waiting for valet to get our car for 25 minutes and only one person working behind the desk after 730 PM. We almost missed our dinner reservation. The AC didn’t seem to work either so we opened the small windows to cool it down in the evenings. "

"It claims to be a 4 star hotel but is not as we expected. No microwave or kettle in the room. We have 4 people in the room, but there’re only 2 bottles of water, 2 disposable cups in the room.
