"The room seemed to be remodeled but the tub and shower were old.
It took 4-5 hours to cool the room enough to sleep
No breakfast. Told to try the restaurant next door"
"Beds were comfy! However: upon entering the room, toilet was not clean (seriously noticeable)..shower had an actual "booger" on the wall at eye level or something that resembled a lizard turd?? Yuck!
Lamp shades all of them must have been there during the depression with the amount of filth and very visible staining on all edges.. yuck yuck!! Large crowds I found out every night after work hangs outside our room..yeah...ugh..room 106 btw. No coffee supplies or shampoo or soap (empty). Pool had bubbles..not jacuzzi bubbles???? Ick!"
"Hotel not as advertised. Room was supposed to have tub. It did not and staff unable to give us a room with tub. Room had sofa bed as requested. But there wasn't enough room to open it. Hotel unable to give us a comparable room. After we (2 Sr. Adults) physically moved sofa bed around at a crazy angle we managed to open bed. It left no room to get around sofa bed or king bed and had to push office chair and sm table to the other side of king bed. A tight squeeze all around but at least our adult special needs son had his own bed to sleep in. While staff was nice, she didnt have any suggestions to make this room work comfortably, Because reservation made thru Hotels.com, room paid for and no refund. When I asked what the rate of room was. She said $158. Yet I paid $203 after taxes! We're very unhappy with misleading info at Hotels.com listing and have lost confidence that we'll get what is advertised and what we expect"
"Pictures are very deceiving. Room was okay with a jet tub in it. Actually quite a large room. But toilet barely flushed, couldn’t get my outdated shower door to close all the way, no refrigerator which while traveling we like for cold drinks, multiple stains on the rug, and when checking out the tub had a cockroach crawl out of the faucet. One plus - the large vanity mirror was updated and very nice and bright. With all the negatives we decided to skip the very small continental breakfast."
"My TV wasn’t working when I arrived but the staff did a great job of changing it out. The property was fine, just a lot of construction. Overall the staff was very friendly and helpful."
