"This property was very clean and nice the environment is calm and relaxing, The only problem I had was with the remote I couldn’t watch Netflix because the remote didn’t work properly I told the guy at the front desk he stated that they will get it fixed other than that I rated the stay a 9/10"
"The hotel was clean, staff helpful but training seemed lacking.
BIGGEST ISSUE - using the “check in now” feature on hotels.com did not interface with the hotel reservation system. My sister used that feature and when she arrived her room had been canceled. I witnessed other guests, who booked through other 3rd party vendors, having Issues as well. It seems to be an issue with the hotel. Hotel staff were encouraging guests to reserve directly on the hotel website and not 3rd party vendors."
"Beds were comfortable for us. Pool is seasonal and wasn't open. Over sold the room we reserved and was given a lesser room for the same rate booked on Expedia."
"The room definitely didn’t feel clean. After walking on the floor our feet were completely black and covered in hair that did not belong to us. The shower only produced extremely hot water that we had to let cool down before we could bathe our child. They were also in the process of painting the doors but there were no wet paint signs posted. The front desk was also not friendly or helpful at all. When we arrived at check in we stood at the front desk and made eye contact but no one acknowledged us because they were busy talking to other employees. Not happy with the unprofessionalism. Do not recommend and will not be staying here again."
"The gentleman who checked us in was really friendly, polite, and quick! He and I talked a bit about our recent back surgeries, that ironically were exactly one day apart. As he was on the computer checking us in, I was met by this little boy who asked me how many beds I wanted, and proceeded to acted as if he was also on a computer! The building and its surroundings were very clean. Our room was also very clean and had newer looking furniture and bedding. Our room had the jet/hottub, a refrigerator that was decent size, and a microwave even though the description didn’t mention it. By the way, our carpet was very clean and appeared newer. We will definitely be back every time we bring our youngest back to his dorm at MSU!!"
