"When I want to check in the lady at the front desk said they didn't have no King rooms which is what I made reservations for so they gave me two double beds in a room. My lock boat lock didn't work they tried to fix it and couldn't . The air conditioner cool but it didn't cool the room. Other than that it was a pretty decent stay"

"None of the keys worked to any rooms. All the guests were waiting outside their room unable to get in. Room/bed itself was nice though!"

"The gentlemen at check in was very nice and the location was good. Everything else was terrible to say the least. There was tables in front of the room I was initially given so I had to get another room. The room smelled like smoke but itbwas clean until you got to the bathroom. The shower smelled like mildew and the water wasn't getting hot either. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but I have to be honest. I definitely should've read the reviews before I book on hotels.com that's if I ever use them at all in the future. I definitely don't recommend this place especially if you have kids there's alot going on there."

"The room was super clean. The whole property was fantastically clean, actually. Everyone I ran into for my entire week stay was genuinely friendly and accommodating. Important! If you smell cigarette/weed smoke in your room call the front desk immediately. They will go and investigate. When I did they went and checked it out and it stopped almost immediately (even though the folks apparently said that they were NOT smoking, lol). They were being sneaky and smoking in the bathroom. Are you crazy? No no no! Thou Shalt Not! Smelled it in the afternoon as well as like, 5:30am. Naughty-naughty! So back to the stay. Breakfast was fresh. Enjoyed the OJ and fruit most days. Pool was great. Hot tub was bubbly-bub-bub. Surrounding area was walkable with a children's park about 5-10 minutes away. Swings and all that fun stuff. Full kitchen means no need for fast food/junk food every day. Did I mention the rooms are clean as a whistle? Got to meet one of the top brass while checking out and had previously observed him actually straightening up the property. That's how you know the place is run well. I pay attention to everything. Will definitely keep this place in my faves and come back again. Had a great week!"

"Nice quiet hotel , close to everything but tucked back in a bit of a wooded area so there's not a lot of noise or traffic which is great. The breakfast buffet always has a big variety and it changes every day. Lots of coffee, and a nice snack bar in the lobby. The amenities are great. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable -- I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for business or even with their families. It's great for any reason of travel. 5 stars! Oh and the front desk staff is super friendly and pleasant to deal with"
