"I am writing to share my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I originally booked a two-night stay while visiting Disneyland, but due to the overall condition of the property and room, my family and I chose to leave after only one night and drive home instead of returning for the second ev, the room and property did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness, comfort, or maintenance. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed several issues with the room, including visible water damage on the ceiling, which was sagging significantly. The main light switch was also broken, making the room inconvenient to use. In addition, the curtains were heavily coated with dust, which contributed to an overall feeling of neglect and poor housekeeping. While walking around the property to check out the pool area, I also noticed a broken window in a second-floor room, which further raised concerns about the maintenance and safety of the building. Throughout our stay, the hotel had a strong musky and mold-like odor that was difficult to ignore. The sleeping accommodations were equally disappointing. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows felt old, worn out, heavy, and unhygienic. After spending a full day at Disneyland, we were hoping to return to a clean and comfortable environment to rest, but instead we decided it would be better to drive home rather than stay a second night. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel."

"The hotel and room were clean. The continental breakfast was nice and we enjoyed the pool and fitness center."

"The only problem we had was that the toilet was not functioning properly specially the handle to the toilet"

"We stayed at Enassy Suites for 3 nights. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The morning breakfasts with made for you omelets, French toast, pancakes, bacon, sausage, etc were delicious. And the evening drinks and snacks were wonderful. The staff were professional, helpful, and attentive. Overall our stay was a delight."

"I personally really loved this hotel not only was it free parking in California it was convenient and not hard to get to a true plus after a busy day! If you have kids that can’t sleep though noise maybe see about getting a different side of the building as the freeway is right next to it so it can get loud at times ( but I liked the out side noise my boyfriend and I are from the city so it didn’t really bother us to much) There isn’t free breakfast but there is a grab and go place and a Starbucks there too if needed and a 24 hour lil mini mart also My boyfriend and I just went to Denny’s across the street for food and down the way are so many more restaurants too! It was clean, bed was comfy, bathroom had great water pressure the only down side was that it’s the time of year and well those stupid pesky NATS are outside so we did find some in the room since they do DAILY housekeeping and the doors are left open but besides that overall will be put on our left to come back and stay! also the cookies checking in was always a plus ✨"
