"Large, clean, well decorated room with comfy beds. I enjoyed the Keurig coffee maker (extra points) and 2 sink areas eased morning congestion. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was arranged nicely with adequate food that could be better quality. "

"The room was clean, Quiet and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at an inn. The staff were also super friendly and helpful. We had our Golden Retriever with us and we we realized we had booked a too small room, they immediately moved us to a bigger room. The grounds are lovely as well. The bathroom could use a remodel which might be expected for an older property. The carpet in our building was a bit worn, but very clean. I suspect that this is the wing where they put guests with dogs so likely why. It was a great stay for us and I would definitely stay here again. Also, while other reviewers mentioned the train noise, we did not hear it overnight and I am a light sleeper. "

"This has become my go-to place to stay. The gentleman that runs it is very nice and the rooms are exceptionally clean. And he keeps tootsie rolls in the lobby. 😋"

"Where shall I start? Fantastic location in downtown Eugene. Super cute room, fluffy towels, wood floor, nice bath products. Good breakfast. But the staff is what makes this place truly awesome. So friendly and very accommodating. Super. Definitely recommend. We will stay here again. "
