"We were very disappointed with our stay. The Emergency side door was propped open with a rock at night. When we checked in they gave us a room key to an occupied room and fortunately we only saw an open suitcase and not walk in and disturb someone. These 2 situations made us feel unsafe. The desk clerk gave us a new room and in the middle of the night, at 3 am, the smoke detector battery alarm started going off. Needless to say we didn't get a good nights sleep or enjoy our stay. "

The 7th-floor lounge was a highlight, made even better by the attentive staff who truly made us feel welcome. I loved the location—tucked away in a quiet, wooded area but still offering easy access to downtown. We’ll definitely be back!"
