"Rooms and hotel clean Room was spacious Bathroom was clean No hot water was available when we took showers, staff mentioned possible problems with water tanks. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Lots of selection. Hotel staff all very welcoming. Would recommend"

"Convenient location to reach beach, restaurants and shopping as well as the ferry terminal and train. All walkable. Room was spacious. Shower was great! Breakfast was very good. Hotel staff was excellent. We didn’t like the immediate area outside the hotel which was dirty, garbage, etc. The “sea view” room we reserved didn’t have a great view due to construction. More a view of an adjacent parking lot."
