Excellent front desk service, rooms were clean and modern. Really enjoyed the little restaurant that serves Starbucks coffee, along with breakfast burritos and sandwiches. The lady working the counter there was lovely. $15 a day for parking, but that is the only downside to this hotel- and not surprising, since it is downtown.

It was located downtown so we were a little worried, but we felt fairly safe and it was actually quiet. Rooms were very nice, staff was helpful and friendly. As we arrived in the evening, we wanted to have supper close by the hotel and Memories restaurant next door was excellent. We also had breakfast in the Starbucks located in the hotel and were very pleased.

Every hotel has a complementary breakfast service. Courtyard did not have the complementary breakfast even after charging a good price for the room. Expedia mentioned breakfast being available while booking

We had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard Hotel as a family. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was convenient, and the amenities, especially the pool and breakfast options, made it enjoyable for both kids and adults. We truly appreciated the warm and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend for family trips!

The lack of parking is a real problem at this property. There is a tiny parking lot at the hotel itself but once that is full you have to park a block away in an open lot and walk back in a less than desirable neighborhood. I wouldn’t stay here again because of this issue. The hotel itself is good.
