Very clean, comfortable & quiet. The included breakfast is at the Ricky's inside the building which is very nice. Unfortunately the pool is broken. The shower water pressure is quite weak. There is a bit of litter surrounding the outside the building. At the low price, it is still worth the stay.

Arrived at hotel and room was not cleaned prior to arrival so had to switch rooms. Hotel requires maintenance as the hallways and elevator were in poor condition. Room came with very few towels so had to request more. Would mot stay here again. Complimentary breakfast next door was good!

Clean room and well designed for comfort with exception of pillows. Front desk staff not the best - some more friendly / helpful than others but definitely towards poor. Basic room, but clean, spacious and comfortable. Just needed a place to sleep and shower and this place completely fulfilled this need. Finally a hotel room with a bar fridge that actually kept drinks cold instead of slightly cooler than room temperature. Lots of great food options nearby with some just a short walk away. A breakfast voucher to the connected Ricky’s All Day Grill restaurant was offered but didn’t take advantage. A minor quibble - no bedside light/lamp; only a wall switch to turn off/on a ceiling light.

Water damage all throughout the third floor, holes and cracks through the ceilings, buckets on the floor to catch water from the ceiling, laundry services non functional. Lots of sketchy people around the property, heard sex noises frequently throughout the night and fighting from other tenants. Rooms were at least quite clean.

The Hotel is two star at best , the room was cleaned adequately, but the hallways etc were in horrendous condition , obvious damage to ceilings and walls everywhere due obvious flooding of some kind , old wall plaster all over the carpets etc. Def the worst aspect of the place was the obvious drug deals taking place in the parking lot all night long . Def make sure to take every valuable out of your car as we watched more than one person checking door handles . I would avoid this place
