Such and great experience from staff to amenities to cleanliness. This was our second time at the Avenue and they didn't disappoint. We had a room with a balcony over-looking Rehobeth Rd which was very enjoyable. Room was super clean, towels were plenty and I appreciated the staff's helpfulness. We'll definitely be going back!

We love staying at the Avenue! It’s our 4th year and plan on returning. It’s super clean and we love the onsite pool! We love how it’s close to everything. We were super sad that the golf cart ride to the beach was gone. We loved riding with Lew and it was sooooo helpful with my mom and her walker in the past summers. Please try to bring it back. Only complaint was the pull out couch was super uncomfortable, even my 4 and 6 year olds complained.
