Old(er) hotel that has been upgraded. Beds and pillows were comfy. Twice management came to see if I was smoking (I wasn’t) and twice housekeeping came while I was drying my hair. Howard Johnson by Wyndham Middletown Newport Area
Great place for the price we paid. Nice lobby and breakfast included. Great and friendly staff. The room is relatively clean. Gym is very ill equiped. Theres a pool, hot tub and sauna which were nice but the water was very murky.

The Underwood-Hale House
Very clean, well-lit and well furnished. Proximity to Brown’s campus is a huge bonus.
