My family of four were very comfortable and the host went out of his way to provide recommendations about local highlights. There was a cleaning fee of 100 Euros that is mentioned in the listing but was missed when booking. Wouldn’t recommend for shorter stays because of the fee."

"The customer service at this hotel was terrible! To simplify to a couple words "They didn't give a s***". 1. There is a boat that goes from mainland to the island where the hotel is. The boat does not run if there are thunderstorms. No one from the hotel notified us about this and told us that the boat is NOT running now and we can not get to the hotel tonight. We were lucky enough to walk down to the dock and the boat was thankfully still running. BUT if the boat had not been we would've had...
