Wirklich super Unterkunft! Süß Eingerichtet, tolle blicke auf die Berge - daher sehr empfehlenswert ein Apartment mit Balkon anzumieten ;) Schnelle Rückmeldungen und tolle Gastgeber! Wir werden hier definitiv des öfteren Gäste der super Unterkunft werden! Alles was man braucht in der Küche ist vorhanden, es war wirklich sehr sehr sauber! Wunderbare Unterkunft in der nähe von Skigebieten/Wandergebieten. Villach/Klagenfurt etc erreicht man in nichtmal 1 Stunde. Die Hausverwaltung Fa.Hödl ist auch Top, 24/7 erreichbar und Hilft wo Sie nur kann. Definitiv 5/5 Sterne

zu empfehlen, für Familien ideal.

wir kamen etwas spät an 21.45 Uhr, es war aber kein Problem noch ein zu checken (bis 22.00 Uhr) nach kurzer Einweisung hatten wir dann unser schönes und einfach aber gut eingerichtetes Appartement, nur mit Internet in der ersten Nacht war nix da der Code nicht funktionierte, am nächsten Morgen wurde es aber durch den Besitzer eingerichtet... im grossen und ganzen das Preis - Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt, Türen und Fenster sind top Schallgedämmt man hört nix wenn geschlossen obschon reger Durchgangsverkehr in den Ferienwochen an der Strasse daneben. wenn geöffnet ists laut (auch wegen das Bachs daneben). super war auch das schön kühle Klima bei der Hitze im Sommer ideal zum gut schlafen! Parkplätze bei Vollausbuchung sind etwas knapp bemessen, man muss dann mitten auf dem Platz daneben parkieren... jedoch kein Problem...

Tolles Haus in optimaler Lage für Kärntenurlauber

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden die Apartments auch weiterempfehlen. Die Räumlichkeiten sind großzügig und teilweise sehr modern. Begeistert waren wir von der Regendusche mit Holzboden. Abzüge gibt es, weil es keinen Geschirrspüler und keinen Ofen gab - stattdessen Mikrowelle und ein Abtropf-Möbelstück. Außerdem gab es keine Möglichkeit Müll zu trennen - nur zwei übervolle Gewerbeabfall Container. Für die Unterkunft spricht die Freundlichkeit des Personals! Wir wurden toll aufgenommen, haben Babybett und Hochstuhl kostenlos erhalten und sogar 5 EUR Kaffeemaschinen Willkommensgeschenk bekommen. Parkplätze gibt es ausreichend. Die Distanzen zu den schönsten Plätzen Kärntens - also die Lage insgesamt - hat uns überzeugt. Zum Millstättersee sind es zum Beispiel nur 30min. (Wenn man aber Sommer-/Seeurlaub machen und keinen täglichen Ausflug machen möchte, sollte man sich etwas suchen, das noch näher an den Seen ist.) Supermarkt in Gehdistanz und auch sonst einiges, was man ohne Auto erleben / entdecken kann. Hat uns prima gefallen! Danke!

Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett immer hilfsbereit und sehr aufgeschlossen, dafür nochmal 5 Sterne extra. Der Kontakt vorab war leider sehr schlecht da niemand unter der angegebenen Nr geschweige denn via Mailkontakt zu erreichen ist. Da ich vorab viele Fragen hatte die mir einiges erleichtert hätten wäre dies sehr von Vorteil gewesen für uns. Unser gebuchtes Appartment war sehr modern und sauber. C'è di meglio

all'arrivo non c'era nessuno per consegnarci le chiavi; abbiamo telefonato e, dopo mezz'ora di attesa, ritelefonato per sollecitare; alla fine qualcuno è venuto. Gli appartamenti non sono quelli mostrati nelle foto ma dei pianterreni con camera da letto seminterrata e umida. Il personale di assistenza è molto cortese, ma questo non basta. Non ritorneremo.

Grundsätzlich alles in Ordnung bis super. Personal vor Ort sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Apartment könnte noch weiter aufgewertet werden, wenn z.b. Zimmertüren besser montiert wären. Türen schleifen, müssten wahrscheinlich nur eingestellt werden, dass gleich bei Küchenkästen. Aber wie oben schon erwähnt, ein tolles Apartment.

Beautiful Area, Nice Hotel

It was an interesting hotel, I'd never stayed at a place without a lobby or on duty staff. I liked the concept of self-check in, however, we were not informed ahead of time about how to check in. Luckily the cleaners were there and were able to get us in the hotel. The hotel itself didn't have much to offer, it looked like it was under construction (incomplete facilities). The area was beautiful and there was a store and a bar nearby for local activities. We were there to hike, only a 5 minute drive to our destination. The room itself was nice. Multiple floors in each room, great for families and bigger groups. I would stay again.

Nice, modern apartment - great to stay with family! Easy arrival with key provided in security box. Staff very helpful and friendly! This was our second stay and while there were some teething problems last year with the Wifi not working, there were no issues whatsoever this year!

Nice modern appartment

We slept 3 nights there with 2 adults and 3 small kids. The apartment was modern and in a good condition, clean as well. Kitchen was well equiped. However, few things could have been different concerning our stay. First odd was that there was no real entrance in our appartment. One enters directly to the living room where there is really no place to put shoes or jackets. Also the stairs were quite dangerous if one travels with young children. In bathroom there were also no hooks to place the towels. However, all together a really nice appartment, good friendly service and a beautiful place.

Mooi appartement, slechte ontvangst

Het appartement bestond uit 2 verdiepingen. Het was een mooi appartement met alle comfort. Het ontvangst bij de receptie was minder. De receptioniste kon beter italiaans dan engels. Duits in ieder geval niet. Tevens was de sauna kapot. Wifi alleen bij de receptie maar niet onoverkomelijk. Verder moet je apart betalen voor de lakens. Al met al was het qua prijs kwaliteitverhouding uitstekend. Tip voor een dagtrip is de Turracher hohe met de nocky flitzer. Met de karntenkarte kan je de hele week diverse liften overal gebruiken als startpunt voor wandeltrips op grote hoogte.
