"Collin called to confirm the day before my arrival and on arrival he was very welcoming and went out of his way to point out walking directions to downtown and the waterfront and said if I needed anything he would be there to help. This old building was in beautiful condition with local artists work showcased each month. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed.
