"The bed in the room we stayed in had a very pilly mattress so you could feel the little balls in the mattress and the bed was a bit rickeddy and probably needed to be replaced. The headboard had some pieces of wood sticking up. The ceiling fan clearly hadn't been dusted in quite some time and there were drink rings still in the windowsill. The showee was warm but never got hot. The trains were loud but the sound machine helped! The bar staff were always friendly and it was a good vibe but the room we had last year was much cleaner and felt much more maintained. We stayed 5 days and one little trash bag and a leftover roll of paper towel didn't cut it. It's definitely setup for a night stay but when asked staff did figure out how to replenish things, including glasses, and although they questioned the need, they were quick!"

"Room was nice, bed and location were great, however, the AC went out in the hotel at night. We were roasting! Our room got to 77 degrees with no relief whatsoever! Front desk was nice/understanding but no credit was given for the issue sadly!"

"Front desk / check in went well. Staff is super friendly and front lobby is clean. It was busy, so we may have gotten the bottom of the barrel when it comes to rooms. Our room smelled stale and sour. It wasn't the bedding, so perhaps the carpet? The sink didn't drain and the stopper was dislodged. Carpet was very dirty; dirt and rocks stuck to my feet so I kept socks / shoes on. Toilet rocks and doesn't feel stable. No back on the tv remote... very minor. It just overall felt unclean and unkept. I wasn't impressed with breakfast, but there is a McDonalds right next door. Stopped here for one night on our long trip to Montana. Would not stay here again. "
