I was in this town for a special weekend event. The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful even though I don't speak German. It was clean, quiet, and a safe place for a woman traveling alone. The little zoo across the street is, also, a treat to enjoy!

Rooms were very simple, not 4 star grade. No minibar or refregiator, no airco, staff at reception was not very friendly.

Gute Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer und ein ordentliches Frühstück. Das alles zu einem fairen Preis. Der kostenlose Parkplatz ist da noch das Sahnehäubchen.

This is already my fifth time staying here for three nights each time. We didn't receive the free drinks for my Silver membership. And suddenly, I had to ask the front desk to turn the air conditioning on or off. They couldn't operate it in the room. The elevator was broken, which of course wasn't their fault. So I had to take the stairs to the fourth floor. With arthritis in my knees, it wasn't easy. I recommend hiring a company that can repair it the same day. The mattress is rock-hard now as well. so this time a disappointment for the price.

Das Personal was super freundlich, allerdings waren im Badezimmer an den Fliesen gelb/orangliche undefinierbare Flecken und neben dem Bett lag eine Socke, die wohl der vorherige Gast dort gelassen hat. Dass es hier und da etwas staubig war, hat mich persönlich wenig gestört, die anderen 2 Sachen erwarte ich bei einem solchen Hotel jedoch nicht.

Gute Unterkunft für eine Zwischenübernachtung, dass Hotel muss aber einiges anpassen/verändern. Kein Restaurant und Bar vorhanden! Die Sauberkeit im ganzen Haus ist zu optimieren. Die Zimmer sollten so deklariert sein, dass es klar ist, welche Kategorie eine Klimaanlage und welche Kategorie nicht. Business Zimmer hat keine Klimaanlage! Weiterhin sollte auch beschrieben werden, wenn es keinen Kühlschrank gibt. Der Saunabereich ist neu gemacht und lädt ein. Das Frühstück ist ok und es ist alles da was gebraucht wird. Hilfsbereit und Verständnisvoll war das Personal immer.

Great calm stay

I was looking for a calm place near the highways while travelling through the area and it was perfect. Calm area with ample parking area. Very comfortable room, spacious, great bed and bathtub. Great value.
