"We booked a King w/sofa bed, upon check in were informed they had none of those pet friendly. Also subsequently no 1King pet friendly, so we ended up with a 2 queen. Not a huge deal, but was told it was a lower rate. So some refund back for the price difference. Spoke with a Hotels.com agent who called the property and was informed 'there will be no refund at this time because a per fee still needs to be charged.' So we paid the rate for a King w/ sofa bed and were subsequently charged the pet fee on top of that.
Front desk staff was incredibly rude and impolite. Very 'I'm better than you attitude.' We were incredibly unimpressed with the check in process.
Pool was cold, would have been manageable if the air wasn't also on. Hot tub was okay.
Informed at check in 'kids eat free' at Old Chicago. Even the website says it. Old Chicago was completelt unaware of any agreements with kids eating free. Food was really good there and being attached to the hotel, quite convenient. "
