I gave the overall rating 4 stars only because I believe that the rooms could do with some level of updating, once this is done I believe that the hotel will be a 5 star resort. The staff who clean the rooms are brilliant and I would like to give a special shout out to Muskur, he was the one tasked to clean my room. He was just good and he took very good care of me during my stay. Overall the staff are warm and friendly and they go above and beyond to provide what you need. A massive thank you to the staff in the spa, they were very professional and very good at what they do. The restaurant staff were also great, my only complaint was that someone signed lots of alcoholic drinks on my room account, however the reception staff worked swiftly to remove this but a better system must be put in place to ensure that other guests are being honest as well as to protect other unsuspecting guests and the financial security of the hotel. I had a a wonderful time and I would definitely visit again and recommend it to others. Thank you Holiday Resort.

Nice hotel and confortable room but the beach is not good and the price of the restaurant is expensive for Lombok Overall 8/10

A stunning boutique resort that is very quiet and set in a lovely location. Immaculate gardens and wonderful beach front pool and dining. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was really exceptional, but if you want shopping and nightlife this is not the area. If you seek a stunning small resort and romantic environment...this is perfect.

The staff were incredibly friendly and kind—always attentive, yet never intrusive. Their genuine warmth and professionalism added a personal touch to our experience, making us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, with thoughtful details that reflect a deep appreciation for both design and comfort. Whether we were lounging by the pool or enjoying the serene beach sunset views, everything felt perfectly curated to create a peaceful and indulgent escape. I would highly recommend Seven Secrets by Hanging Gardens to anyone looking for a relaxing and refined retreat.

Can’t say enough about Tugu and its staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. We had an early flight to catch and they had breakfast prepared for us at 6am, usually not available until 7am. Highly recommend staying here.
