"Location, location, location!!! Right at the base of Carcassone walled city, what a view! The beautiful walled city is just amazing. The hotel rooms are nice, comfortable bedding, good a/c, all decorated uniquely but the bathroom/shower is so very, very small - even for Europe standards. They need to remove all the bathtubs. We enjoyed the spa (massages) & outside tranquil pool facilities one morning after some long travels. The dining area staff needs some work...each morning it took forever to get noticed and served the breakfast as we sat on the outside area enjoying the view, seemed like they had plenty of staff but slow. Also, they need to serve from the bar longer at night and more drink selections. We came back from dinner and could only get a glass of wine from the bar to sit out and once again enjoy the view - and even this was with hesitation from the bar staff. I would come back again and do recommend it, you cannot beat the location - but it could improve some."
