"Da vi ankom, var der ingen værelse til os, selvom vi havde fået bekræftelse på 1 overnatning fra Hotels.com. Vi fik til sidst anvist et værelse, som dog ikke var rengjort. Vi valgte at spise aftensmad på hotellet som vi skulle betale 20 euro for. Der var kun en meget tyndt omgang suppe i buffeten, da alle de andre gæster havde spist alt andet.
