"The Hotel has a lot going for it, the rooms are spacious and well laid out. I stayed there with family and between three rooms, we all really enjoyed our stay. Two complaints, though, we stayed two nights and the cleaning crew never changed bedding or took our trash, or even offered to. The other issue was food at Hannah's Table. It was noteworthy bad. Had the Prime Rib special, and while the steak itself was good, it was clearly reheated in a pan, not sliced off on recently cooked roast. Plus the broccoli was cold and the potato was boiled, not baked...the moisture content was very high. Another visit I had the nachos, and they use some cheese combo that was very distracting, would definitely steer away from there next visit. Again, hotel/casino was great, but minor issues are only gripe."

"The hotel is very clean, the rooms and bathrooms are very nice. We were on the 12th floor of the concierge tower. Staff was super helpful. Parking is easy and plentiful. It is a very nice place to stay in Reno."

"the only big complaint was the bed was so worn out that you had to sleep in the middle of the bed to keep from rolling onto the floor as the sides no longer had any support, also the mattress was smaller than the metal frame which became a challenge not to hit and cut your legs when walking by the bed especially if dark in the room."
