The first night we were there, the air conditioning wasn't working and it was very warm in the room. We came into the room pretty late in the night after a long day at the convention center. It was late and we were way too tired to realize the air conditioning wasn't working. My daughter had a difficult time sleeping in the heat. The next day, we notified the staff and they were very quick and attentive to fix the air conditioner and the filter. The air output was low in that room and wasn't cooling down, so they gave us another room almost immediately. Our stay in the new room was much more comfortable with the cooling. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The rooms and the hallways were very clean. Parking was quite easy although it is across the street. There is a microwave in the lobby and it was well kept and clean. I would have rated 5 stars for our stay if it wasn't for the air conditioner issue on the first night.

Property is dated and the AC did not work. We booked 7 rooms and the AC did not work in any of the rooms. We contacted the front desk and they sent someone to look at the AC but they did not fix it.

Price relative. An excellent choice for volleyball tourney weekend. Saved hundreds of dollars compared to jacked up casinos. The hotel is clean. Beds very comfortable. Hotel honored high floor request and the view was beautiful. Surrounding area a bit sketchy. Parking garage a short walk and included in price. Great value!

Property was dated, which is ok. What puzzled me was when I asked about the lack of cups in the rooms, their response was, “We don’t have them in the rooms because of Covid.”

I thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful night sleep at the Reno suites If you’re looking for a hotel with services, this is not for you. The hotel is apparently the Shell of an old casino property that is being in the process of Jordan down, but the rooms are nice, quiet and clean or just to go out for dinner in fact, I canceled my reservation at a casino hotel last night having gone there for dinner. The lobby was noisy, crowded and smoky. I returned to the to the Reno suite: no smoke, crowd ot noise and the price is right. I booked a room for my return trip thanks.

There was a coffee maker in the room but no coffee or cups. No water cups. We had a double room but there was only one wash cloth and one hand towel. The water smelled like mildew. You had to go down stairs for coffee and they didn't have any sugar substitute. Idk maybe they are going out of business. They said they couldn't put coffee in the rooms because they were out and they were out of sugar sub.

Excellent value for the price of this room. Room was clean, and quiet, staff friendly and helpful. Not in the best part of town, and not a new facility, but if you just need a place to crash for a night or two, it's a good bargain.

The staff were unorganized, parking was over a block away in an unsecure parkade and facility was under construction and front entrance closed and had to enter through a secondary entrance. Cancelled our reservation and chose not to stay at this hotel because of safety concerns

The parking is across the street in a parking garage that is surrounded by one way streets. When we got to the room there was only one towel, hand towel and wash cloth. The ice machine didn't work on our floor. The TV only had basic channels. No cable. There was a small coffee maker, however.... No coffee, no cups, no creamer or sugar. The entrance was blocked. They do have a small paper sign that says to go in the small side door. But not very noticeable. We circled the building several times trying to find where to check in.... I guess you get what you pay for!! The snacks are WAY overpriced. And so are the rooms considering you have to ask for things that should already be in the room!!
