Front desk made us pay for bottled water from pantry store. Property could have purchased cases of bottled water for people staying with them (free of charge) vs over-charging for pantry item water

This is a very clean convenient hotel with a great breakfast. However next time I would ask for a room further away from the open breakfast area where there was loud talking starting at 5:45 am!
