Básico pero funcional

El departamento bien, salvo que no tiene algunos elementos básicos como amenidades o un basurero. Cerca de todo. El aseo mejorable. El control remoto jamás funcionó.

Muy bien, muy buena ubicacion

El departamento podría estar mejor cuidado. Por ahí la vajilla etc no muy bien Pero en general bien. Aunque llegue y no sabía cómo contactar a la encargada y la gente de recepción muy mal para atender del lado de huerfanos. Sino fuese por otro apart todavía estaría dando vueltas. Por qué deben entender que allá no tenemos cómo comunicarnos los argentinos!!

DECEPÇÃO

Cheguei sozinha em Santiago e me assustei como que encontrei. As informações sobre o apto não são claras no site: - Chegada foi num condomínio de 3 torres - Check in em local de difícil acesso (20 min para encontrar) - rede de Wi-Fi e senha não funcionou e não foi resolvido durante a estadia, mesmo sendo cobrado e prometido pela gerente Karin. -TV não funcionava, mas constava no anúncio. - apto mal cuidado com utensílios velhos e incompletos. Apesar de estar bem localizado com fácil acesso a transporte/comércio/supermercado e vista bonita, tudo perde o encanto pelos pontos negativos. Me senti desrespeita.

HORRÍVEL + PÉSSIMO + LAMENTÁVEL

Simplesmente a pior hospedagem que eu já tive em toda vida! Foram 07 diárias, sendo que destas 05 diárias foram sem água. Sem condição ficar hospedado em um local de baixíssimas temperatura sem ter acesso a água quente, INVIÁVEL! Por um ato inconsequente da proprietária do imóvel de não ter pago o condomínio também houve 1 dia e meio sem luz! E para piorar de uma vez por todas, furtaram R$ 300 da minha carreira no único dia que houve uma organização no quarto, simplesmente ridícula essa hospedagem!

Não feche esse hotel! Terrível!

Minha estadia foi péssima tive vários problemas. 1-Os móveis estão em péssimo estado ( rasgado, velhos sem cuidados) 2- Não deixaram o aparelho da antena de tv ( tivemos que no dia seguinte pedir aí sim eu consegui) 3- o fogão não funcionou 4- a geladeira e o microondas e a torradeira estavam sujos provavelmente dos outros hóspedes 5- As toalhas eram velhas e rasgadas e muito incardida 6-O lençol da cama era até de um material bom como as toalhas so que muito velho por isso o desgaste como os rasgados 7- no dia anterior a nossa saída eles simplesmente tiraram o aparelho de canal da tv para colocar em outro apartamento. 8- Fora que você via que não tinha uma limpeza adequada os vidros e espelhos estavam sujos. 9- também tiraram um dos aquecedores sem falar nada para colocar em outro Apartamento. Apesar da localização e do preço ser bom isso não compensa os estreses que passamos. Não fique nesse apartamento! Proucure mais um pouco.

Horrible estadía

Horrible, pésima estadía el lugar estaba sobrevenido, nunca hubo servicio de mucama, me cambiaron 4 veces del apartamento y una sin avisarme encontrándome con otras personas a las 9 de la noche en el interior de apartamento sin saber dónde estaban mis cosas. No lo recomiendo por ningún motivo un asco de lugar y un pésimo pero pésimo servicio. Tras consultar al hotel que se encuentra al lado me comentan que siempre es así.

Terrible experience.

Terrible experience. The owner never received us, she over sell the hotel rooms and steals people's money. She is a lier. I arrived to Santiago with two kids 4 and 10 years old, 3 luggages and she didn't even receive us or talk to us. I show my recervation to the receptionist and she said she never received the money from Orbitz. We heard this is not the first time it happens.

no se lo recomiendo a nadie

Llego con una hora ante del horario previsto de la fecha reservada, después de dos horas de espera, la persona encargada me informa que no me puede dar el departamento por no contar con mucama para la limpieza del mismo, y que ademas estaba cancelada la reserva por no haberlo pagada en el momento de contratar el servicio, cuando al contratar el mismo me daba la opción de pagarlo en el hotel. La verdad es que me sentí estafado, y gracias a otras personas me consiguieron hospedaje en otro apart hotel, con el mismo servicio y más económico.....,

Mi peor estadía

Fue una muy mala experiencia ya que al llegar al departamento no había luz ya que los gastos comunes estaban impagos, lo cual generó una demora de 2 horas en una oficina pequeña donde habían 2 niños (hijos de la persona que nos atendía) que no pararaban de gritar en donde nos ofrecieron cancelar la reserva ,a esas horas la página no iba a cancelar hasta el otro día la reserva para arrendar otro ya que no tenía ninguna solución siendo que le explicamos en la mañana, ese mismo día llame para Confirmar en donde le comenté que venía desde el sur y no teníamos otra opción más que la reserva y ella tenía agendado para otro día Estoy muy desconforme con mi estadía, no pude ni cargar el celular toda la noche a oscuras, nunca me había pasado algo por el estilo arrendando en hoteles, ahora pensare antes de arrendar por esta página ojalas esto no se pase por alto porque me sentí obligada a pagar un servicio muy muy por abajo de lo que yo esperaba

No arrienden aquí!

El precio estaba bien, pero no por eso el control de la tele sin pilas, el baño sin toallas, nada de jabón, sabanas de 1 plaza 1/2 en una cama King. Cuando abrí la cama había un pelo. Ósea no cambian las sabanas. Por eso fue que me hicieron pagar apenas llegamos, ni siquiera dan boleta. Lo único que rescato es que está en El Centro. Nada más!

Great location, Comfortable, Thin Walls, Paid 2X

The apartment was perfect! Small, but perfect for our needs. Comfortable bed, great kitchen amenities, bathroom was clean and supplied, and the living room was comfortable with a balcony view into the courtyard. The walls are a little thin. We were kept up by some of the residents partying until the wee hours and some couple arguing very early in the morning. The check in process did take awhile, they seemed a little bit unorganized, but we did come in early, too. So, they worked well with us and allowed us to leave our luggage there so that we can go sightseeing until "check in time." Still working through payment issue. I reserved this with "Pay later at Hotel" and I paid cash when I got there. When I returned home, I see that I was also billed on my credit card. :( It was fairly close to the metro and there is actually a stop very close to hotel from Turistik Hop On Hop Off bus, but there are no signs. We had to take a train to a Turistik stop until we realized on our last day that we could've boarded the bus steps away from the apartment. :( Would I stay there again? We'll see how the reimbursement is finalized, then maybe?

Terrible Apart Hotel

The hotel when we arrived had dirty sheets and pillows. When they went to look for the manager, they did not answer. Also they did not deliver the change of the money for the payment of the hotel.
