"The bed was very comfortable. That is the best part of my stay. I was only going to sleep there anyway so I was there for less than 10 hours. The room was clean enough, but I had a problem that there were missing light bulbs from the lamps in the room. Fortunately, one worked and that was enough to get into bed. There was some kind of Kink convention going on and I was happy that the walls were thick or that they were away from my room. The drawers of the night stand could not stay shut and I banged my shin into it a couple of times. There was no hairdryer in the room so that was a disappointment but I couldn’t stay to rectify that. I did call the front desk and they said they would let maintenance know, so hopefully the next person staying there will have lightbulbs and a hairdryer. The room was old and the walls had stains. Not the best stay, but I slept well."
"The sheets and floors were dirty. There were roaches running around in the room. We notified the front desk staff about it when we checked in however they did not do anything. We were so tired when we checked in so we just stayed the night and left the next morning and asked for a full refund. We only received refund of the night we didn’t stay even though we asked for full refund. Hotel charged over $290 for one night which is not correct amount we need to get this refunded ASAP
In this hotel needs to keep the room a lot more cleaner so people can stay."
"For an extended stay it had a breakfast (which was better than what many hotels offer) and also a free laundry. The one bedroom studio we had was spacious enough and although there was a dishwasher the only dishes and utensils were for two (two dishes, two cups, two glasses, two spoons, etc.). We would definitely stay again if we were in the area."
"Great property great place great staff very clean very luxurious even had a small billing dilemma afterwards and they took care of it expeditiously and made sure I was compensated for their small mistake. I’m very happy with their service."
