"Staff was good, not clean at all. LOUD every single morning and night we were woken up to people yelling and hearing people through the walls. The walls are paper-thin, the rooms fridge and alliances don’t look like they have ever been cleaned. The bugs are horrid. No restaurant and it took over two days to get towels even though I called and sent two text messages. It’s under construction so it feels a little Chaotic. The hideabed was so gross with stained all over. The bathrooms are not clean at all. We were lectured by an employee because one of us didn’t have our wrist band on. I’m not paying money to walk around with a wrist band when I have my room key. This hotel would be a hard pass for me. I stay at Hyatt’s all the time and there has never been a worse one we’ve stayed at. The beach is gorgeous there but the pool is meh. "

"The house had the bathrooms and space. There were not enough glasses, so we had to purchase more. There are no extra blankets (save one throw). The kitchen was very clean, but the couches had not been moved in the tv room and in necessity of having to locate a toy, I discovered a pile of old chips, chip bag, gross gummy, a dirty sock, and a chicken bone. There was sand on the floors of some of the bedrooms. Bathrooms were clean. There were no instructions left on site regarding internet linkage, air conditioning operation, trash protocols, location of the "private beach" and how to access it, and other important information. It took several frantic phone calls the day before we were all to arrive to get the actual physical address, how to get through the two guard gates, and to get the lock box number. Once in the house it took further phone calls/texts to get the wifi info. The worst thing about this property was the noise in the early morning - pre 7AM. Leaf blowers, lawn mowers, and weed whackers were routinely (almost daily) utilized by crews on the development. I think there was only one morning when we were not awakened in this manner of the 6 nights we were there. The pool was easily accessible from this property and was great for the kids. We never located the "private beach", but drove to many wonderful ones quite easily. I think this did not live up to the photos."

"Attempts to reach property prior to my trip was unsuccessful. I didn't speak to owner until i was half way their at airport. There is no shuttle to beach. This property is no where near San Juan, rather a 45 min, $75 taxi ride from any sites. This is in the country and the beach isn't what you think of when you think of the Caribbeans. We thought we were near public teamspirtation, but there in none near this property. One shuttle that everyone said is unreliable. So you definitely need a rental car if you stay here. I thought i booked a room with full kitchen, as shown in the picture, a balcony and a beach veiw. I did not. If i were able to speak to owner, or Expedia would have helped me after the 3 times i called them, i could have gotten the correct room, or better, knowing i was far away for what i came to do, i could have changed locations. We NEEDED a stove and oven and full fridge. Really needed seeing we were stranded there. We had a mini fridge and 2 burners on counter and microwave. Dirty coffee pot and no coffee or filters. Dishes very dusty; took me three cleanings to get the wine glass clean. There was a usded bar of soap in the shower and shower walls dirty. Owner said he wasn't calling housekeeper back, so manager gave us cleaning supplies. Who pays for vacation and have to clean 1st thing. There were hairs on the sheets, eww. The pool wasnt clean, hot tub bot hot. Owner DID assure me the pool guy comes to clean it everyday, didn't happen"
