"The thought and care put into this Manor being so welcoming and different to others shines through the staff, the decor and of course the food. It was a pleasure to celebrate my husband's birthday there and we will definitely be back to stay again. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "
"The hotel was very nice and the location is good since you have access to a lot of things but if you're not a fan of how busy the airport area can be it wont be for you. Besides that everything about this location is wonderful."
"Everything else was okay but they charged extra for parking. On expedia while booking it shows £6 for parking and they took £15 which is more than double the amount. I was so disappointed "

10/10 Excellent
"Just needed a room for the night near airport the Ibis Budget Hotel was just perfect room was very clean bed extremely comfortable staff lovely. Food at restaurant was excellent. "
"You can easily walk across from Birmingham airport (rather than taking a taxi, 10 minute walk). Clean and comfortable place to sleep. I used the gym which was a well equipped hotel gym. Great for a business stay"
"Everything was so easy and everyone was so pleasant.
Lovely rooms and other spaces
Beds were very comfortable but the pillows too hard so that spoilt my sleep."
"There was nothing I didn't like about my stay.
The hotel has been extended since I held a conference there about 30 years ago. It has a very recent new wing.
It's very open and laid back, and the bedrooms are pretty much perfect. Scrupulously clean.
The kitchen was always busy serving a great range of quality food at decent prices and breakfast was awesome. On top of that the staff, from reception, to the bar star, the driver of the shuttle bus to the airport, the cleaners, the chefs and dining room staff, were superb. Nothing was too much to ask.
I'm not a very demanding customer. I suppose I have a standard - but 'm not pushy at all. I respect the staff. The staff here are highly motivated, highly efficient and actually seemed to enjoy their work. A massive credit to the hotel.
