"Stayed 2 nights. Took 30 minutes to check in although we were the only ones checking in. Room temperature was “58” degrees when we arrived. Maintenance did adjust it. Came back after being gone all day and no one even bothered to straighten room or empty waste cans or replace towels that were left ..."
