"From check in to check out , staff member Guelena was so welcoming and helped us. She even offered to help us to carry our luggage upstairs as the lift was out of service , she was fantastic and fabulous , we need more people like her , so kind and helpful, always smiling. "Nice place, easy to find, very clean with complimentary tea! Stayed there with our family with three young kids and found it very nice and huge. Came there at night and been provided with very clear instructions of how to get the keys and how to get inside the hotel. "

"Extremely adequate budget hotel. Pleasant welcome, clean and comfortable. Basic, but good."

"Basic at best. Location is on the outskirts of town in a petrol station. Bit of a walk (15min) into the town. Breakfast was really poor. There was no lighting as overhead lights had failed. (I did see people working on them the previous night, but obviously did not fix them). We had cycled from London to Paris. No bike storage, but staff said we could keep them stored in a conference room downstairs. "
