Clean rooms but no usable pool area

Booked as wanted a hotel with a pool. The pool and the pool bar were closed unfortunately. The weather had been a bit changeable but the pool looked like it hadn’t been used for a while. Would like to have been informed.. However, the rooms were exceptionally clean. Could do with glasses/cups in the room though

Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel nach einem 2 wöchigen Aufenthalt sehr gut weiterempfehlen. Ein familiäres Hotel mit einer angenehmen Atmosphäre, schönen Zimmern mit Klimaanlage, Balkon mit Blick auf Rethynmo/ das Meer und einer zentralen Lage. Die Poolanlage ist sehr gepflegt und besitzt eine eigene Bar mit viel Liegen, das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine gute (eher süße) Auswahl geboten, wo täglich Extrawünsche wie Omelette frisch gebraten wurden und der Allgemeineindruck ist sehr

Buen alojamiento ,desayuno escaso, pero tanto el hotel ,personalcomo instalaciones muy recomendable ,para hacer turismo por la zona ideal con un rango de 40 kilómetros a la redonda carreteras muy malas y lentas ,mucho tráfico para 1 carril de ida y vuelta ,parking gratuito no asfaltado

Mit ein paar Kleinigkeiten alles gut. Gut war Frühstück und Service. Am Pool der Liegen fehlen die Auflagen das war leider nicht so schön. In der nähe gibt es kaum Restaurants und Bars, man sollte daher Auto haben. Hatten wir aber daher gut gewesen.

Great hotel. Great breakfast. Great swimming pool. But you will need a cab to get places - although there is a bus service that you can use. Really wonderful place. Calm and enjoyable.

nice small hotel, away from the beach and from all the noise. if you rent a car you can easily drive to one of the beaches or to the old town. friendly staff, good breakfast. lack of bathroom, amenities so you should bring soap shampoo etc.

Einfaches Hotel am Berg

Das Hotel ist ein einfaches sauberes Hotel am Berg. Das Essen war eher einfallslos und die Auswahl war sehr beschränkt. Beim Frühstück hatte man nicht die grösste Auswahl und Obst würde leider auch nicht angeboten. Das Personal war bemüht. Da das Hotel etwas abgelegen am Berg liegt ist ein Leihauto sehr zu empfehlen. Zu Fuss konnte man leider nicht gehen da die Entfernung zu weit war. Um die Stadt Rethymno zu besuchen braucht man ein Auto oder musste man sich zum Shuttle Service im Hotel anmelden. Die Entfernung sind ca. 10 km. Als Badehotel nicht zu empfehlen. Leider waren auch sehr viele bellende Hunde in der Umgebung die in der Nacht sehr laut bellten. Klima und Kühlschrank waren auch am Zimmer das war sehr gut. Alles in allem ein nettes kleines Hotel wenn man ein Leihauto hat. Parkplatz war beim Hotel ganz toll.

רגיעה זה פה

הגענו עקב עיקובים בנתבג עקב הלווית פרס "סטלה" בקבלה . קיבלה אותנו בסבר פנים מאירות . יחס וחדר מעולים . פשוט עושה חשק לחזור לשם שוב ושוב. כל הצוות נהדר נקי מסודר -יוצא מן הכלל האוירה עם אפילו האורחים אחרים . נחזור שוב למקום

מלון עם אווירה ביתית מעולה

מעולה אין מה להוסיף נוחיות חדרים נוחים נקים. ארוחת בוקר צנועה , אך מספקת , ומבחר . חדרים ושירותים.ומקלחת ,נקיה . הצוות עם חיוך ורצון לעזור , בקיצור נשמח לחזור שוב למקום .

nettes kleines Hotel mit schönem Pool

Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise für eine Nacht in der Nachsaison dort. Zimmer sehr schön. Frühstück o.k.Das Personal ist sehr auf Sauberkeit bedacht und putzt den ganzen Tag! Der Pool ist sehr schön. Die Liegewiese liegt leider an der lauteren Duchgangsstraße. In einigen Zimmern, die nach vorne gehen, wird die Ruhe leider durch eine ständig laufende Lüftungsanlage gestört.

An unfortunate experience

The Hotel is nice with a pretty garden and surrounding areas in the outskirts of Rethymno. One cannot access it without a car though. Unfortunately I had a rather unpleasant experience in my one-night - business- stay. Couldn't sleep during the night from mosquito bites (lots of those). When I asked for some kind of mosquito -repelent device, I was told there was none of the kind available, and was not offered the possibility to change a room. I consider this unprofessional to say the least. I travel a lot in Greece and abroad, this was the first time I was faced with a problem of that magnitude, however hotel response was not very professional.

Hotel pantheon

Ho soggiornato qui insieme al mio ragazzo per due settimane, camera molto bella, la pulizia era regolare, il cibo era sempre lo stesso poche varietà, però nel complesso era buono. Sicuramente lo consiglierò!!!!

Hotel sans âme et sans grand intérêt

Apres un sejour de 3 semaines en Crete, nous avons un sentiment assez méprisant au niveau de cet hôtel.. Nous n'étions pas en AllExclusive, et encore heureux ! Le petit déjeuner est très médiocre, qualité vraiment en dessous de la moyenne des hôtels. Tout est réuni pour économiser de l'argent dans cet hôtel, la qualité des aliments n'est vraiment pas au rendez vous.. Les chambres en elles mêmes sont de bonnes qualités, il y a rien à redire à cela. La piscine est également propre. C'est vraiment la qualité de la nourriture, et la "non prise en compte" du personnel de l'établissement qui m'amène à écrire cela. La directrice de l'établissement règne en maîtresse des lieux ALORS qu'elle devrait s'occuper à sourire à ses clients plus souvent. N'allais pas dans cet hôtel pour la nourriture ni pour l'ambiance... Mais seulement pour dormir !
