Lovely spacious villa

We had a great stay in this really spacious villa, and particularly enjoyed the pool, which is small but absolutely fine to cool off in. Sfakaki is very small with limited choice of places to eat but there was enough for a week's stay, particularly with the use of a car to drive to Rethymno. As other reviewers have mentioned, the driveway is a little tricky to negotiate and the road up to the property is very narrow. The televisions didn't work - not sure why. There is a very friendly and helpful couple who are around each day to help/maintain the pool.

Villa Apollon Sfakaki

Villa Apollon levde virkelig opp til forventningene. Noen små detaljer angående kjøkken utstyr og løsnede fester til dusjhåndtak kan man leve med. Eier bodde i underetasje og jobbet med rensing av pool og småfiksing på natten. Området rundt hadde passelig med butikker og små tavernaer. Greit å ha bil, men obs for trange gater. Gode buss og taxi forbindelser. Eks 15 euro til Rethymnon sentrum. Ca 10 km. Flotte områder rundt for spaser og sykkel/atv turer. Nybakt brød på de lokale butikker. Apotek 10 min unna. Litt bratt for de eldste opp til villa. Er mulig å komme dit fra flere hold. Grei å avklare betaling på forhånd. Moderne tver med mulighet for usb og hd tilkoblinger. Brukte chromecast selv. Nettet noe ustabilt. Mangler ac på ett av soverommene i villa 1. Vi opplevde det positivt med kattebesøk. Men mater man dem, kommer det flere. Oppholdet anbefales.
