Stunning Hotel in the Alps!

Absolutely Beautiful hotel. In the Alps in a small village, stunning views. Clean, cute hotel (all wood and details), good breakfast and nice staff. Call of you are arriving late and they will acccomidate you. WARNING: the address on Hotels.com is INNCORRECT. This place is not in Reutte, but in Bach. It is worth it!!

Great hotel for anyone

From check in to check out, the staff was extremely courteous, friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. They spoke great English, helped us plan day trips in the area explaining how to get around and what to do. The hotel is nestled in a beautiful valley with excellent hiking, chair lifts and incredible views a few hundred meters up the road. The decor is rustic but well maintianed and the furnishings were very comfortable. They were also very accommodating for our infant child. The breakfast was basic but tasty including an assortment of meats, cheeses, breads, hard boiled eggs, cereal and fruit. The dinner menu was typical Austrian style fare; basic but hearty.

Alpenblick

Lovely valley west of Reutte with the hotel in the town of BACH about 45 minutes from Reutte. In the summer the pass would be open and lots of hiking etc. Skiing in the winter but the pass is closed. Hotel was very accomodating and the food ordered for dinner and the included breakfast was very good. Our only problem was we expected and the hotel was listed in Reutte... it is not in Reutte but Bach;)

Nightmare at Alpenblick

We are 3 Adults, 30 motels, 6 week European vaction. The Address listing on hotels.com is WRONG. On the web page it clearly says (Unterbach 10, Reutte, 6653 Austria) it should read (Unterbach 10, Bach, 6653 Austria) The difference is the hotel is not in the town of Reutte it is 36km away in the town of Bach. Our nav system kept taking us to a little house in Reutte, not Bach. We asked many locals at Reutte they never heard of the hotel. We stopped at a hotel at Reutte and he recognised the hotel but he said in another town, he gave us directions, the 36km took nearly 2 hours in the heavy snow storm to find. When we got there it was closed. Hotels booked us another room in another town back down the road to Reutte, so another 2 hours on the snow road to get to hotel. IF YOUR NOT A LOCAL AND DONT SPEAK THE LANGUAGE DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL, YOU WILL NEVER FIND IT!!!!!
