"We got in pretty late but were able to pre check into our room. The vallet was friendly and the front desk staff was helpful and cheerful despite the late hour! Breakfast was delightful. I was happy to have healthy options. My teenager was also happy with his choices. We did not use the gym but it was pretty good for a workout!"

"The check-in staff were very nice. The security guard at the front entrance was very helpful in telling us where to park and the process to make it easier. We left a couple stuffed animals in the room and the housekeeping staff and Debby at the front desk were so great in getting them back to us."

"Didn’t have time to use any of the amenities as we were there to do college tours but the lighting in the room wasn’t great. There was one light bulb out in the bathroom and the others flickered the entire time we were trying to do makeup and hair. Just a suggestion, maybe change the bulbs to LED daylight or brighter in the bathroom. I understand the sustainability aspect but we are at another Hilton Honors hotel in WI and the lighting is amazing. The location, the staff, and the price were all on point but I actually stayed in the same hotel 26 years ago and it looked exactly the same. "
