"The room was kept extremely clean and the staff were always very helpful. The hotel's location is near several bus stops for both tours and the city's public transportation. Many of the Reykjavik's best restaurants are within walking distance."

"We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is centrally located in the city center, walkable to main attractions, yet quiet and peaceful. The bed is comfortable, Wifi reliable, good water pressure, plenty of hot water, easy check-in, great communication with the host. I enthusiastically recommend this apartment when in Reykjavik."

"Our stay at the Grandi was truly exceptional. The hotel and rooms were impeccably clean and cozy, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure we felt valued and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the spa area, which provided a serene space to relax and unwind. We will definitely be recommending the Grandi to friends and look forward to returning ourselves."
"This is a nice and clean hotel with a great location in the city. A large variety of food and shopping options nearby. If you are going on excursions, you will be picked up at nearby bus stops, not the hotel because the street is very narrow. The staff are multi-lingual and were very helpful. We had a lovely view of the city and harbor, but new construction is blocking the view of the bay. Food is very, very expensive in Iceland, so prepare your travel budget wisely. We enjoyed our stay, the city and the country. It is a unique place in the world and beautiful. "
"The room was very clean, and they delivered a nice breakfast every afternoon for the next morning. The room had everything in the kitchenette.
I would definitely stay here again. "
"Lovely hotel, near the #1 bus stop for airport transport and all tours. Easy to walk everywhere. Great staff. My only quibble was being on the ground floor, which was a little noisy"
"Very comfortable room, had everything I needed and more, could have stayed here for much longer. Great location in Reykjavík and amazing breakfast. When I return to Reykjavík someday this will be my first choice! "
"This was my first time staying at a Hub hotel. On arrival, there was an employee near the entrance that was able to explain how I do the self check in. The self check was very efficient. There is a common area with kettle, microwave and fridge for food storage. Dishes/cutlery available for use and when done, you just place it in the dishwasher. As a single traveller, there was enough room for me to open my checked and carryon luggage then store it under the table. For two people and luggage, it may be tight unless there are bigger hubs. I chose an upper bed which was easy to get up into and the bed and duvet was very comfortable. The common bathroom has private toilet and shower stalls and was well kept and clean. I saw a few other people, mostly in the common area. Overall, the place is quiet and sleep was comfortable. It is more affordable than standard hotels in Reykjavík so if you don’t mind the smaller space, it is a comfortable stay. "
"We loved every bit of our stay at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room itself was quite spacious. The hotel has a few free parking spots just behind the building on a first-come first-serve basis which was a plus! The location of the hotel is unbeatable, right in the center of everything and you can walk everywhere. The hotel also offers a hot tub and sauna for an additional cost but it is so worth it, especially after a long day out, you can get in there and relax! I stayed there with an infant and it was amazing. Overall a great experience! "
