Loved staying here. So conveniently located right by all the best parts of downtown. It was a beautiful apartment with plenty of space, we walked everywhere! The only bad thing is finding street parking, but you just need to expect that in downtown. Absolutely perfect place to stay!

Very spacious and great location.

We stayed in Deluxe apartment A. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. Great downtown location with lots of stores, restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. The sulphur smell from the bathrooms was pretty awful. Maybe that’s the same everywhere in Reykjavik (?) Could not get the TV to work and there was no dish soap or dishwasher detergent. But overall a great 3-day stay.

Super cute apartment in a great location to explore the city. Can literally walk everywhere from this location. Only stayed in the city 1 day before venturing out to explore the Island, if/when we return to Iceland, would absolutely stay here again. The only hiccup was on checkout day, I returned to gather my things at 11:06am and was locked out. Was able to contact someone with minimal effort, and let in to retrieve my stuff.

Wonderful stay. The property manager was very helpful and always responded quickly. The room itself was a touch small, but cozy, well stocked, and right in the perfect location. Will definitely stay here next time I visit!

The highlight of this property was location, and location only. It was a reasonably priced property to lay your head. Just don't expect any extras, this included toilet paper for a seven day stay, we had to purchase are own. There is also no sound proofing and the suite we stayed in is on the ground floor, so bring good ear plugs. Would recommend if there were not other great options near by.

We love the location. It is truly in the heart of the city. There were 6 of us, the house has 2 bathrooms, but we were able to use only one, because one of them had an awful/strong smell. So that was very challenging to say the least. Also there were only 3 cups not enough to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee together, especially for a house that hosts 6. Beside that, it was roomy and comfy to stay in.

Fuyez c'est une arnaque

Nous n'avons jamais reçu le code d'entrée et avons du passer par le site ! la poignée de la porte principale étant cassée nous sommes restés deux heures dehors et n'avons jamais pu profiter de la ville, une personne devant rester en permanence à l'appartement. Bien décoré mais très mal entretenu, un seul radiateur en fonctionnement mais trop bruyant pour le mettre. Pommeau de douche principal hors service et seche serviette inopérant. Poubelles à l'entrée pleines et jamais vidées !!!! Tasse avec sachet de cafés utilisés à l'arrivée !!!! Condensation extrême avec développement de moisissures sur les appuis de fenêtres !!! C'est pas heart of Reykjavik mais WISH of Reykjavik. Un seul conseil, fuyez

Location, location and location

We chose to spent 3 nights at Heart of Reykjavik due to its convenient location. We loved the decoration, the customer service and help after our little issue with the heating (we would recommend the establishment to leave it ON before guest arrival, as it was cold when we arrived and we did not know how to turn it on). Restroom is the part we enjoyed the less, as the amazing shower takes all the space and the sink ends up being useless due to its super small size. We ended up using the kitchen space sink to wash our face and hands instead. The only thing we really missed was a little kitchenette where to cook basic meals. The studio is announced/provided with a toaster, microwave, etc. yet we did miss a little cooker where to boil pasta, for example.
