"We had a fantastic stay at this Riad that we ended up spending one more night here. Starting from the beginning, we were welcomed with freshly brewed mint tea. The host offered us lots of usual travel tips and also checked on us regularly to make sure we‘re alright. The room is spacious and decorated beautifully. The building is nice and could be a wonderful riad, but it's poorly managed and maintained with a result far worse than in pictures. It's definitely not a 4 starts hotel, as pretended, rather a B&B. "He tried to cancel us 2 hours before check in. He said that is because he works with multiple platforms at the same time and had overbooking. We witnessed two other couple of customers with similar situations, one of them being told upon arrival. In the end, first night we stayed in another hotel booked by him and next night we had to move again to the hotel originally booked without being told with enough time, however he asked us to move again and we refused."
