"Excellent hotel, with a beautiful Spa/Welness facility. We had a room on the south side of the building, apparently without airco. That was not that convenient, however both windows could be opened full! We had 2 nights with dinner in buffet style, that is certainly not something we will take again, the first evening the service was ok, but the second evening, the plates of the first dish where still on the table and it was difficult to order a drink. "Great hotel with amazing breakfast and all staff was super friendly. Only item to improve is parking as the hotel relays on public parking and their rules. No flat rate for the stay you get in and out multiple times a day, you pay potentially twice the day rate. "

"A welcoming hotel, with clean rooms and good food for eating during the early evening. Staff friendly and approachable. The rooms do have a kettle etc in them so no need to bring your own. The hotel is located on the edge of the city which you can either travel on the bus number 133 from Cologne station (rear Entrance) taxi out the front or walk which will take approx 20 minutes. City sightseeing bus stops 10 mins walk away by the Lindt chocolate Museum/ Factory starting from 10.30."
