"A good find for staying in Belgium. Much cheaper than Dinant. I was messaged in advance by the hotel to ask if I needed to reserve car parking, which was required. Cost of parking was the standard 20 EUR for the night. The staff were friendly and welcomed me on arrival. Room was satisfactory in size plus clean and practical. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of food. A great location in central Namur, right by the train station. Overall a good stay. I will be staying here again if I travel through Europe."
"Location is awesome, breakfast worth the money. Very nice town and was more than we anticipated. The deck on the back is awesome for sitting and having drinks looking at the river. We would for sure stay again. Parking is pay but very convenient."
"Friendly and welcoming staff, easy check-in and fantastic breakfast.
I am sorry to say that the corridor on 3rd floor could do with some airing.
Nevertheless, I can recommend this place."
"Lovely hotel, great room and staff very polite and helpful. We didn’t use the Spa facilities but we may stay longer next time and use them. It’s a shame the Brothers Grill was closed however we dined across the road and it was very good.
Lovely atrium area for a quiet chill with a local fruit beer! What’s not to like?
Bathroom in our room was spacious and working the shower out was simple.
We stayed during a hot spell with temperatures reaching 30 degrees so the air conditioning was struggling, noisy and ineffective so we slept with ear plugs in. We stayed in room 526 and found that the shower leaked into the bathroom area quite badly.
This would not deter us from staying again."
"Very clean, although could do with a touch up in places. Staff helpful and friendly. Didn't have breakfast but did have a pizza in the bar which was good. Basic room, not many channels with signal on TV, no tea/coffee making facilities in room, and only one pillow each. Had a twin room and beds quite small but comfortable. Air con in room and working well, which was great as we visited in a heat wave!! Easily walkable from town centre and railway station. Very quiet, could see coaches in car park and saw lots of people in reception but very little sound from room which meant no disturbance."
