Tolle Appartmentanlage mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Die Appartmentanlage liegt am Ende des Ortes Stegna auf einem schönen Berg. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft schön. Man sollte definitiv einen Sonnenaufgang hier gesehen haben, da die Sonne aus dem Meer kommt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und erkundigt sich stets nach der Zufriedenheit der Gäste. Das Zimmer war klein, hatte jedoch alles wichtige, was man benötigt. Man sollte jedoch aufmerksam sein, was man in der Küche wo lagert, da es sehr viele Ameisen gibt. An der Strandpromenade gibt es zahlreiche viele kleine Restaurants, in denen man sehr lecker essen gehen kann. Der Strand von Stegna ist ein kleiner Kiesstrand. Nur wenige Minuten von Stegna befindet sich Tsambika Beach, ein traumhaft ruhiger und sehr schöner Sandstrand.

Πολύ ευχάριστες διακοπές.

Μείναμε στο Bella Vista studios με μια φίλη μου από τις 25 Αυγούστου μέχρι την 1η Σεπτεμβρίου 2016. Όλα ήταν εξαιρετικά. Το δωμάτιο πολύ ευρύχωρο γιατί είχαμε ένα τρίκλινο, άφθονο ζεστό νερό, πολύ ωραίο μπαλκόνι με θέα τη θάλασσα, καθαριότητα κάθε μέρα, κουρτίνα συσκότισης, εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση. Η τηλεόραση δεν έπιανε πολύ καλά αλλά δεν μας πείραζε. Τέλειο για οικογένειες με μικρά παιδιά ή ζευγάρια που αποζητούν την ησυχία. Λίγο απομονωμένο για μένα από τη θάλασσα που είμαι κάποιας ηλικίας και αν δεν είχαμε νοικιάσει αυτοκίνητο δεν θα μπορούσα ποτέ να ανέβω με τα πόδια από τη θάλασσα. Συνιστώ την ενοικίαση αυτοκινήτου. Και σε μικρή απόσταση από μας πολλές εξαιρετικές παραλίες αλλά και η παραλία στα Στεγνά ήταν πολύ καλή. Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένες.

Bella Vista Stegna

Abbiamo alloggiato in due presso questa struttura per una settimana e ci siamo trovati molto bene sia a livello di pulizia che cortesia del personale, inoltre Stegna essendo a metà dell'isola è in una posizione strategica per la visita in toto di Rodi. Le spiagge sono pulite e belle in generale e ovviamente il mare meraviglioso. Stegna oltretutto anche in un periodo molto affollato, abbiamo alloggiato dall'8 al 15 agosto, rimane sempre un posto molto tranquillo e poco affollato.

Perfetto hotel per vacanze relax

Posizione eccellente, molto panoramica con ottimo accesso alla spiaggia Stegna (ca. 250 m). Condizioni perfette: pulito, accogliente, silenzioso, arredato con semplicità ma completo di tutto (comprese le stoviglie nell'angolo cucina). Biancheria di ottima qualità, pulizia e cambio ogni 2/3 giorni. Eccellente la famiglia del proprietario Michele. Parla benissimo l'italiano e, fin da prima dell'arrivo (via e-mail) fanno di tutto per rendere confortevole e facile l'intero soggiorno. Abbiamo avuto bisogno di vari contatti con gli uffici locali dei partner Expedia e Michele ha gestito il tutto con rapidità ed eccellenti risultati (compreso il noleggio della moto). La spiaggia di Stegna, ad eccezione della parte riservata ad un Hotel, è ancora poco frequentata, in gran parte libera ma con possibilità di affittare giornalmente ombrelloni e lettini. Lungo la spiaggia sono numerosi i ristoranti (peraltro ottimi ed a prezzi convenienti) e la sera non c'è gran confusione, cosa ottima per chi cerca una vacanza tranquilla (ideale per coppie e famiglie anche con bimbi piccoli). La posizione di Stegna è inoltre ideale per visitare, con un mezzo preso a noleggio (auto o moto), sia la parte sud che la città storica di Rodi. Sono disponibili anche bus pubblici diretti in ogni parte dell'isola.

Appartamenti e vista molto bella

Il primo giorno non abbiamo avuto la camera per un problema (medico) con il precedente cliente. Siamo stati al piano terra per 1 giorno. La sconvenienza principale del piano terra sono le formiche se lasciate residui di cibo. Non è sinonimo di sporcizia, è cosi il piano terra in una zona a contatto con la natura. I piani superiori sono più caldi, ma il condizionatore compensa. Una nota negativa: Mancano le serrande/tapparelle alla maggior parte delle camere. La tenda in dotazione non oscura. Il sole illumina forte la camera (tutte rivolte ad est) alle 6:30 e ci si sveglia. La luce entra da tutte le finiestre ed anche dalla porta di casa che ha un decoro trasparente. La colazione è un extra a partire da 4,5€ a persona. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e parla molto bene italiano. Ci ha permesso di tenere la camera fino alle ore 17:00 dell'ultimo giorno. Buona vacanza a tutti.

Belle déception !

Bella Vista est situé au-dessus d'un hôtel-club : nuisance des animations chaque soir (impossible d'y échapper). Balcon sans ombre au 1er étage (parasol fixé) et table microscopique pour un studio triple. Pas de volets et des rideaux beige : résultat on profite du soleil très tôt le matin... Matelas à ressorts en mauvais état. La vue est belle mais nous avons été très déçus par l'environnement et l'aménagement du studio : 3 chaises pliantes et une toute petite table, qui ne permet pas de prendre des repas correctement. Coupures de courant intempestives et coupures d'eau : plutôt gênant quand on prend sa douche. En résumé : rapport qualité/prix plus que moyen. Nous n'y retournerons pas.

Vue imprenable sur la baie !

Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par cette charmante famille qui gère avec beaucoup d'attention ce petit établissement très bien tenu situé sur les hauteurs du village et très pratique pour sillonner l'intérieur de l'île. Plage, commerces et tavernes le long de la mer en contrebas à 5 minutes à pied. Chambre studio de taille moyenne mais confortable et bien agencée avec coin cuisine équipée et un petit balcon offrant une vue magnifique sur toute la baie où il était très agréable de prendre son déjeuner le matin où un verre le soir!

A hotel with special charm and beauty.

It was our second vacation at this hotel. We came back because we loved it the year before. The hotel has a special charm. It has a breathtaking sea view, a beautiful garden, white greek style houses with comfortable apartments/rooms. It is peaceful, outside the mainstream of tourism, but at the same time you can reach many interesting places by car/buss. The beach is good for families with children. There are many good tavernas not far from the hotel and mini supermarkets. The family who manages the hotel are very nice people, helpful and kind. We would like to thank them for our wonderful vacation.

Splendido residence in posizione panoramica

Struttura nuova e pulita, splendido giardino vista mare. Posizione ideale per girare tutta l' Isola, sia per visitare le varie spiagge che per raggiungere lindos e rodi town.Necessario mezzo di trasporto. Schöne Appartementanlage mit Blick auf das Meer

Durch die erhöhte Lage bietet sich ein wunderbarer Blick über die kleine Ortschaft und den Strand von Stegna. Die Appartements sind sehr geräumig mit einer kleinen gut ausgestatteten Küchenzeile, sehr großzügigem Bad ( für griechische Verhältnisse ) und einem kleinen Balkon, auf dem man abends gemütlich zu zweit sitzen und den Ausblick genießen kann.

Un grazioso appartamento con vista sul mare

Siamo stati al bellavista stegna dal 07/06 al 14/06 2014 il personale è cortese e disponibile Le stanza ampie e bello è anche il giardino con vista sul mare. La pulizia viene effettuata dal personale anche per l'appartamento e ogni 3 giorno cambiano gli asciugamani. Il wi fi prende bene in giardino. Un po povera solo la dotazione di stoviglie e si sente la mancanza di uno scolapiatti che potrebbe trovare posto agevolmente sopra il lavabo spostando su un'altra parete il pensile della cucina. Un pò scomoda la strada di accesso ,ma non proibitiva. Comoda la posizione rispetto alle località più note di rodi essendo stegna posizionata tra Lodi e Lindos. La spiaggia di Stegna si raggiunge facilmente a piedi e la località è dotata dei servizi principali. Ci torneremmo e lo consigliamo

Very comfortable hotel in the charming white-blue greek style, terrace full of flowers, clean modern rooms, friendly stuff. Fantastic view over the sea and Stegna village from the balcony. You can meet sea sunrise on your balcony!
