I feel as if we should have received a refund for at least one night. Out of the four night stay, the power went out for an hour the second night, and we had no hot water for the rest of the stay. Offering a return for the portion of the trip that we could not shower would display a huge amount of trust to future clients. I will say that the staff was very kind and helpful, but the owner needs to revisit this scenario and do what is right.

Plenty of things to do and see nearby! Terrific front desk staff (Elodie) Bed was large and the bathroom quite spacious. Would stay again!
