"We stayed in a twin room during a walking holiday. All the staff we met were really friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and the beds comfortable. The room had everything we needed; the hairdryer was helpful as not all 3 star hotels provide one. We had dinner in the bar - we both agreed, it was one of the best bar meals we've had in ages! "We stayed for 3 nights which was just about right and stayed at the King Deluxe room that was big and spacious. The staff were very attentive and helpful were ever it was need. The breakfast was nice but repetitive, and dinner was nice too. We had a spa day on the day of us leaving which was really nice (fee required). If you want to go out, there's lot to do at Conwy, sightseeing, restaurants, boat trips, castle and lots more to do. Overall we had a lovely time and would highly recommend."
