"Amazing hotel, situated next to the most beautiful beach I have ever seen. Clean rooms. Spacious bath and good shower. Great team. Only problem for me was the beds being super firm leaving me sore in the morning and poorly rested but this is a flaw I personally find most places now. "Room was well presented and very clean. The bathroom was the same apart from the sink took forever to drain. My biggest issue was the mattress. It was horrendous. Very uncomfortable, thin and cheap. I had a really bad sleep. The food was good but the service was poor. I was given my food but the waiter didn’t give me any cutlery, I had go looking for some. I’m not sure how they thought I was going to eat my food. "

"We chose Holyhead because it’s close to South Stack (incredible scenery, and lots of birds - and baby birds!), and Newborough (we didn’t end up going there, but it sounds beautiful). Holyhead itself is a bit run down, and not a tourist destination, more of a pass-through place according to the locals. But The Hut was close to Market Street with pubs, restaurants and grocery stores, and an easy walk from the train station. We managed to get a taxi to South Stack (there aren’t a lot of them),...

"Booked only four weeks in advance at a very busy time of year. Good value at the peak of Summer time mid August. Two adults a 3 year old and a six year old plenty of room in the property. Would definitely return in the future. Only complaint was we were promised internet / WiFi but not available it didn't detract from the stay."

"Great little getaway for myself, my wife and our dogs. The place itself is finished to a really high standard and very cosy, especially when the log burner is on. The mezzanine is great and has a really comfy bed. The only thing that would have made it better is if the front area was fenced off with it being dog friendly however that certainly didnt ruin it for us. Would definitely recommend "
