"We were greeted warmly and were given feared to leave our bags, as we had arrived before check in time. We went for a quick walk and lunch and by the time we came back, our room was ready and they had brought our bags up! The bed was very comfortable, bathroom was clean the towels were luxurious! Breakfast was delicious."

The lion hotel

The lion hotel

8/10 Good
"The Lion Inn is an old building so one must make allowances for this which we did. The whole layout of the Inn is somewhat querky with dark coloured decor punctuated with glass wall displays which I assume were the work of Andrew Login, a local sculpture. The rooms were equally decorated in bright colours, each having a unique theme. The bathroom was modern with an excellent shower. All in all, we spent a very comfortable night with a good cooked breakfast in the morning."
