"
Fantastic views from the room I stayed in.
Great location. A really nice resort with friendly staff.
The room furniture could use an upgrade, but everything was kept clean.
The pool was nice and warm on Friday, but the water temperature dropped on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday — maybe the "pool boy" was away"
"Everyone on reception was very helpful and friendly. My cabin was very clean and looked newly decorated. It was very quiet especially at night. The showers and loos were very clean. It was only a 5 minute walk to the beach and 15 minutles across the water (great views from the bridge) to San Remo which has a supermarket. The bus stop is right next to the holiday park. This is a great place to stay and so relaxing. Thanks Ingenia Phillip Island! "

"The best thing about this property is that the king bed was super comfortable! Even struck up a conversation with our neighbouring guests how comfortable all our beds were! Cosy blankets. Plush pillows. The room itself was very spacious, with 2 very comfy lean-back armchairs, a small dining table, and a window that let the sun in to warm up the room for us. Aircon/heater warmed up the room quickly when required.
Bathroom looks a little dated but works a treat, with lots of bench space, tissues, hair-dryer and toiletries provided.
Small kitchenette but had main necessities, like microwave, sizable fridge, kettle and complimentary tea/coffee/sugar.
Parking easy and short walk or 3 min deive to the main street for shops/food.
Only note, the deluxe king suite is up a flight of stairs, so beware if luggage is heavy or cumbersome. No issue to us though.
Would stay again! "
"Easy check in. I was arriving after the reception was closed and was advised the key to my room would be in a lock box. Code for the box was sent as a message and lock box was super easy to locate and access.
Room was very clean and tidy.
No complaints at all."
