"Good location for having to leave early morning for a volleyball tournament the next day. No complaints, as everything was as expected for this type of hotel in a smaller town. Because this is an older facility, it is difficult to keep the common areas warm & cozy when the winter outside temp is unreasonably cold. Rather than becoming disgruntled about this, I truly appreciated the staff alerting us of this upon arrival & they were very willing to please us with space heaters as needed. Would stay again if having to attend an event in Medford."

"The hotel cancelled my reservation as I was sitting in my truck in their parking lot, 38 minutes before check-in at 2pm. I will copy paste the message below. Also I have called expedite no less than five times trying to get my money refunded. And I am still trying. So DO NOT go to this hotel. And it might also be a good idea to not use this app. Hi there, the Love Hotels Tomahawk just closed a moment ago.
